How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit.
Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites.
What are your delivery options?
We typically ship via USPS for all domestic orders, but on rare occasions, we may use UPS.
*U.S. Territories DO NOT include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We will ship jewelry only to physical street addresses within the United States. Jewelry cannot be shipped to:

How do I return an item?
Due to COVID-19 and the sensitive nature of jewelry, we are NOT accepting returns at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. For questions or concerns regarding our current returns policy, please contact customer service at 951-444-1635.
Do you provide International delivery?
All international orders are shipped using 3rd party couriers such as DHL, or FedEx. LTC does reserve the right to choose which 3rd party to use and it is solely at LTC's discretion, Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the receiving party.
